We are factory trained by the Andersen corporation. We have been to numerous factory tours and training sessions. Including Andersens Dealer Service Network training that focuses on repairing all windows and doors. Our service includes both windows and doors. We can address any window issue including glass or sash replacement, all hardware and window balances for double hungs. And hinges and operators for casements. On doors we can adjust and or replace hinges for hinged doors or wheels for sliding doors. Many of these parts are including lock parts are stocked in our vans especially when security is an issue.
